The Direct Primary Care Alliance is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Feldman is the Executive Director of the Direct Primary Care Alliance. Brad brings more than two decades of experience in national association leadership, with a proven track record of strengthening operations, advancing mission-driven goals, and building sustainable revenue models. He has been a patient of the DPC model for many years.
Prior to joining the Alliance, Brad served as COO/CFO of the Investment Adviser Association, overseeing a $7 million budget, modernizing financial, operations, and HR systems, and launching revenue-generating initiatives including dues strategies, increased event registrations, sponsorships, and exhibits. In 2000, he founded and led BLF Management, Ltd., an association management company, where he served as executive director for more than a dozen national and state-level professional associations across healthcare, business, and philanthropy. In 2012, he launched Part Time Works, a staffing company focused on long-term, part-time placements within nonprofits and small businesses—an innovative response to workforce flexibility and talent retention.
Brad holds a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University with a concentration in strategic and human resource management, and a bachelor’s degree in public administration and political science from Miami University. He is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organizational Management (IOM), and holds additional credentials in investment strategy, interim management, and nonprofit board consulting.
