Hotel Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Each guest is responsible for canceling their own hotel reservation within the hotel’s standard cancellation window. If you cancel outside of the hotel’s permitted timeframe, you may be charged one night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Policy

If you check out earlier than your originally scheduled departure date without notifying the hotel at check-in:

  • You may be charged one additional night’s room and tax

  • This is considered an Early Departure Fee

 If your plans change, you must notify the front desk at the time of check-in to avoid this penalty.

Planning your trip to Savannah is easy whether you’re flying, driving, or arriving by train. Below is everything you need to get to the city and then seamlessly to the resort.

Flying to Savannah

The preferred airport is:

Approximately 14 miles (20–25 minutes) from the resort

SAV is well-served with one-stop service from most major U.S. cities via:

Water Taxi to Historic Downtown (Optional)

The resort is located directly across the Savannah River from downtown’s Historic District. Guests may use the Savannah River Boat water taxi (seasonal, fee-based) for a scenic trip into downtown shops, dining, and sightseeing.

  • Book flights early—Savannah is a popular spring destination

  • If you plan to explore the coast or nearby beaches (Tybee Island, Hilton Head), a rental car is recommended
