Dr. Sana Haq is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician and the founder of Vitality DPC in North Texas. After years in the corporate healthcare system, she witnessed the toll that rushed visits and insurance barriers took on the doctor-patient relationship. Inspired by her father’s legacy of selfless service, Dr. Haq established Vitality DPC to provide unhurried, evidence-based care that focuses on the individual rather than the diagnosis.
