Professional Bio
Dr. DuMond is originally from the Southern Tier of New York State. She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in cell and molecular biology in 2008. She graduated from SUNY Stony Brook, now the Renaissance School of Medicine in 2014, and completed Family Medicine Residency training at the University of Washington Family Medicine Residency Program in 2017. Following Residency, she completed a Fogarty Global Health Research Fellowship in Bangkok Thailand. Since then, Dr. DuMond has practiced in a variety of patient care settings from community health center to start up Virtual Care, and has tried several new practice models on a quest to find a better and more sustainable primary care delivery model. Personal Statement
My philosophy of care is to take time to listen, gather information, and provide a thorough and compassionate assessment every time. I believe the office visit is just the beginning, and the longitudinal in-between care is the real value of a primary care physician relationship.
