After 26 years of caring for Eastside families, I began to feel like the system was getting in the way of the medicine. Insurance constraints meant shorter appointments, more paperwork, and less time for the conversations that actually matter. I found myself rushing through visits with patients I'd known for decades — and that didn't sit right with me.
So I built something different.
