Single Physician owned Direct Primary Care practice focusing on high quality, highly accessible care for it's members. Providing Continuity care for chronic conditions, acute care, office procedures, women's and men's healthcare and Pediatrics for ages 4+.

Opened August 15, 2024 and has quickly filled to near capacity. Dr. Ellis has 30+ years experience across the spectrum of healthcare: Rural healthcare provider, previously providing surgical obstetrics and emergency room care, academic medicine leading and teaching the next generation of Family Medicine Doctors, and now a Direct Primary Care practice owner.
