Professional Bio
Brian Bost, MD, is a dual board-certified Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician and the founder of B2 Direct Care, a hospitalist-informed direct primary care practice in Denver, Colorado. Drawing on years of inpatient hospitalist experience, he built B2 Direct Care to deliver direct care with depth—unhurried visits, genuine continuity, and clinical clarity for patients navigating an increasingly fragmented system. His practice blends in-person care with telemedicine, home visits, and care navigation, supporting patients across every setting of their health. He is a graduate of The Royal College of Surgeons in IReland, class of 2005.

I’m Dr. Brian — a Med-Peds physician (board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics) with 15+ years of practice across hospital and community settings. I founded B2 Direct Care to give patients the kind of time, access, and continuity that the standard system rarely allows.
My approach is hospitalist-informed and relationship-based. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, navigating a confusing diagnosis, coordinating specialty care, or just trying to make sense of what your last appointment actually meant, I serve as a steady, trusted medical partner.
Alongside years in large urban hospitals, my background includes a Master’s in Public Health and over a decade in global health (Kenya, Haiti, Cambodia, Jordan, Bangladesh) and rural America — both of which shape how I think about caring for people, not just conditions.

Bost, MD, MPH — dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics — B2DC offers unhurried, relationship-based care with direct physician access, transparent membership pricing, and same/next-day availability. In-person care at our Denver office plus statewide telemedicine and home visits. Panel intentionally capped at 150 for depth of care.
