How to enroll in the DPCA GPP

    All,

    Here are the steps to enroll through our new streamlined process into the DPCA GPP.

    1. Click on the link below. This is the DPCA/Henry Schein co-branded landing page.

    2. Once you have opened the link above you will scroll down until you see "Welcome to the DPCA purchasing program" Just under that you will see "User Login". Within that section, there is a "Click here to complete your enrollment in the DPCA Group Purchasing Program". Or you can just use the link I provided "Click here".

    3. Choose "New Customer" and continue to fill out the information requested. 

    Once you've submitted all the required info your request for a new account will be routed to the appropriate teams within Henry Schein and Advantage Trust. You will receive a confirmation email that your information has been received. Within 48-72 hours you will hear back from the Henry Schein account setup team that your account has been created, medical licensure has been attached and you're linked to the DPCA GPP. 

    4. FINAL STEP: How would you like to pay your invoice.

    • 1.    If you’d like a line of credit with 30-day payment terms, please fill out the attached credit line review form and send it back to me for processing after you have the email your account has been setup.
    • 2.    You also have the option of adding a credit card to your account and when you check out, your card will automatically be charged. If you choose this option, I will get you in touch with the appropriate credit rep to add your CC info to your account.
    • 3.    You can choose ACH, having the payments directly withdrawn from a checking account. See attached, fill out and send back to me once you receive the email that your account has been created.

    Lastly, once your all setup and ready to start ordering we've added some quick training videos on the landing page regarding the website. Those links are just under the account setup are under "Website Training". They're quick and pretty easy to get through. I've also added them below.

    If you've ever ordered anything online the Henry Schein website is really no different. But, I would go through the training videos. They help with some of the nuances of the website. If you need more help just reach out to me and i can get on a call with you and walk through the questions you have.

    So I completed the HenrySchein new customer process on 4/14 and did receive an email confirmation the same day but have not heard from anyone further re: an actual account set up.  I have not heard back from an additional inquiry 4/26.  Next steps should be?  Thank you.
